    Foshan TICO Zhongdian Trade Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, and it is formerly known as Foshan TICO Electronics Co., Ltd. being the earliest member company of TICO. In 2002, TICO Electronics further extended and perfected the channels, and responded to market demand to establish Foshan TICO Zhongdian Trade Co., Ltd., including Eastern, Western, Southern, and Northern sales centers. At present, it is the biggest wholly-owned subsidiary of TICO.

Shanghai IPAV Electronics Co., Ltd.

    Shanghai IPAV Electronics Co., Ltd. is the AVIT business division of Foshan TICO Electronics Co., Ltd. originally. In January, 2005, it moved to Shanghai for the transfer of business development focus, and was formally established as Shanghai IPAV Electronics Co., Ltd., acting as a subsidiary of TICO.

TICO Aowei was established in 2003, and its predecessor was the project engineering department of Foshan TICO Electronics Co., Ltd. With the expansion of its market share, it expanded on its original basis and became independent from TICO.  

    The company mainly targets at the professional audio project contractors, and provides design, installation, commissioning and related services for large venues and end users. The company got alliance with Panasonic and combined with leading enterprises in this industry through" linkage 08studio¡±, and participated the audio engineering construction of Beijing Olympic venues. In 2007, the Olympic building project undertaken by the company was formally put into use, marking another leap of TICO Aowei.
