TICO principle for corporate volunteer service
1、TICO support for corporate volunteer services
   Time support: Provide every employee with two paid days of volunteer service each year
   Fund support: Provide every employee with the volunteer service fund each year
   Corporate award: Each year, rate excellent individuals and excellent collectivities for corporate
volunteer service, and grant them the materialistic and spiritual awards.
2、TICO evaluation standard for corporate volunteer service
   In principle, an employee who does not participate in the corporate volunteer service is not qualified to be the candidate for the excellent employee of the year.
3、Principle for establishment of TICO Volunteer Association
   The Group sets one Chairman of the Association.
   Election of Chairman: Voluntary registration, vote by all staff
   Term of Chairman: 1 year
Responsibilities of Chairman:
   ·According to the philosophy and responsibilities of the volunteer service, be responsible for
the decision-making of the Association, lead relevant work, preside over relevant meetings, and
review the plan and sum up the work according to the actual conditions.
   ·According to the characteristics and rules of the volunteer work, help, instruct, inspect and urge the work of the volunteers, coordinate the relations with relevant parties, and find and resolve problems in time.
   ·Accept the supervision of all the staff.
   Each branch sets a volunteer service liaison specialist;
  Each region sets a volunteer service liaison specialist;
   Appointment of the liaison specialist is based on voluntary registration and finally confirmed by Chairman.
