ZHOU Zhou Chairman, TICO Digital Group
As a founder of TICO and a senior sound engineer，ZHOU started his business upon graduation. Over the past ten years，TICO Digital Group has grown into one of the most influential and professional audiovisual companies in China. Its business scope covers audiovisual products R&D, production, distribution and agency, system integration and audiovisual projects design and installation, etc.
ZHOU now is studying in Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business as an Executive MBA candidate. As an enthusiast of social affairs, he is elected as CPPCC Member in Chancheng District, Foshan City; Executive Member with Federation of Industries and Commerce in Chancheng District; Member of Standing Committee in Foshan Youth Federation; Member of China Democratic League; Council Member of Foshan Electronic Information Industry Association, etc. In addition, he took part in many social programs for public welfare. For example, he started or participated in Fu Min (Wealthy Public) Foundation and Alxa SSE Ecological Association. He also launched “TICO Scholarship” in PekingUniversity.

ZHOU Hang Co-founder, TICO Digital Group
In 1994, two ZHOUs set up TICO Electronic Co., Ltd., in Foshan with Zhou Hang as General Manager. In 1998, TICO Pro Audio was launched and has developed into a domestic well-known brand so far. In 1999 when TICO began to cooperate with SONY, it became Chinese main distributor for SONY pro-audio and conference products.
From 2000 to 2005, TICO established partnership with many famous companies in EU, the US and Japan, etc. as a fast-growing company. In 2003, TICO and Panasonic became strategic partners on the Olympic programs to made concerted efforts to improve services for the Game.

As the first employee of TICO in 1993, he contributed his talents to the full and made remarkable achievements in TICO. He grew with TICO as he never stops learning at work. He has done various types of work in the company, which offers him chances to acquire different crafts. Therefore, he became a frequent prize-winner in the awards events organized by TICO, like the Biggest Progress award in 2001 and the Best Department Prizes in 2001 and 2004; the first employee to get the Trophy “10 Years with TICO” in 2003 and the Outstanding Manager prize in 2005.
He is a strong believer that one’s character or morality is determined by his or her own decisions rather than their nature at birth. One should put all his or her efforts into the goal they want to achieve instead of just trying. In that case, they will enjoy their work. Furthermore, one should figure out the way they do things based on other’s experience so that a unique person can be cultivated out of their own opinions.

PENG Hua Marketing Manager, IPAV
He joined TICO in Dec., 1994 upon graduation from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), located in Chengdu. Being a part-time tuner at school, he became the first technician in TICO in 1994. As one of employees with the longest services in TICO, PENG also grew with the company in doing his part conscientiously no matter what position he took up. He never changes his responsible attitude towards his work, especially when he was in charge of the proprietary products and services center. His leadership gained satisfaction with after-sale services from clients and the sales system.
He is never bored with routine work in after-sale and procurement, which manifests the spirit of providing best service by TICO. Personally, he is accessible and warm-hearted, persistent and capable. For he never takes personal benefits into consideration, he was applauded as the second trophy winner for “10 Years with TICO” in 2004 and TICO Grand Award in 2006.

Since she joined TICO in 1995, WU has always been a confident and earnest employee with big smile on her face. Starting from a marketing officer, she continued to work as a saleswoman in charge of Beijing clients and became manager in business and administration with TICO Beijing branch set up in 1997. Through her unremitting efforts, she made remarkable progress in just a few years while helping the Beijing branch develop pretty fast. As the general manager now, she was granted as the Best Employee award in 2001 and 2002, the Outstanding Management prize and TICO Grant Award in 2004, etc.

Born in Sichuan province and having graduated from UESC in Cheng Du, CHEN joined TICO in Oct., 1995. Due to his excellent work in customer development in Beijing, he was awarded the Best Sales Person in 2002 and the Best Sales Performance in 2004.
